A Note From Coach Carolina & Coach Luca 

Hi Everyone,

It's Coach Carolina and Coach Luca here and we are thrilled to formally introduce ourselves in our new roles as Head Programming Directors here at Rally at Sherwood Village.

We are stepping into this position with tons of excitement and a clear vision of what we want Rally's programming to look like. We do not take this promotion lightly. This new chapter in our pickleball journeys represents a commitment to this facility, to this community, and most importantly, to each and every one of you as members.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple: to build a programming experience unlike anything you can find anywhere else. That means more structure, more intentionality, and more excitement woven into everything we offer. From clinics and competitive programming to open play and social events. We want Rally to be the place where players of every level feel challenged, supported, and genuinely inspired to grow.
